There are many people under the impression that you need to spend a lot of time in the gym going from cardio machines to weights, then back to the cardio equipment. Fortunately, that's not the case! As today's post is titled... It doesn't take long!
It doesn't take long to get a full body workout in. It also doesn't take a lot of fancy equipment either. If you don't want to shell out the money for a gym membership, you can always pick up some of these things in the video (some of which are free) and you will get a tremendous workout.
When I lost almost 40lbs in 8 months, I wasn't using fancy equipment. I was doing a lot of bodyweight movements, incorporating cardio into my workouts and keeping the duration under 45 minutes. Of course I changed things in my diet and lifestyle as well, which helped speed up the process, but my exercise completely changed for better.
