Do I need exercise experience to start?

No, you do not have to have any experience with exercise or working with a trainer.  Everyone's starting position is tailored to them and we will work up to goals as you progress.



Everyone has a different past and has different goals, so this has to be considered.  Most people start to feel better (increased energy, overall wellbeing and even weight loss) within the first month.  I understand you are eager to reach your goals, and that is an important part of the process, but generally I tell people to give themselves a time frame of 1 year so you can make lasting change and never have to look back. 


Is there any paperwork to fill out?

Yes, I do give my clients paperwork to fill out.  This is a very important part of when we first start working together because it allows me to get a sense of what is going on, where you are at with your health and fitness, what your goals are, etc.  


Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I always encourage people to come in for a complimentary consultation.  This gives us the ability to meet face to face, go over your options and see if we are both a good fit for each other.  Please click on the CONTACT page to message, call or text me to set up consultation.  

Will I start to lose weight right away?

Everyone is different as well as their situation, so this is a tough question to answer.  However, people have consistently experienced weight loss in the first month, which is very motivating to keep moving forward.  Therefore, if you implement what I will be teaching and coaching you on, then you too will start to lose weight.


Do I have to starve myself on a diet?

Absolutely NOT!  I do not believe in starving yourself or cutting calories.  However, if you are currently overeating, we will address portion control and proper snacking to keep you on track.  This is a marathon, not a sprint to a healthier and happier you, so there are no quick fixes here -- only long lasting lifestyle changes.  Click HERE to get started.
