Everything is designed to be customized for you.  So whether you just had a baby, are an athlete, recovering from an injury, or are just looking to get in better shape; I can help you.  If you are in pain we will address that first in your program by checking for muscle imbalances.  I would love to help you meet and exceed your goals, whatever they may be.  

With individual 1-on-1 training you have my undivided attention to help you achieve your goal(s) faster.  However, you are not going to just jump into an exercise routine after your Free Consultation.  I take the time to figure out your needs, history, and the best starting position for you. In order to do this, you will under go comprehensive assessments including physical and written.

The Gym Program

If you live out of town or are locked into a gym membership, but still need a completely customized stretching, mobilization, and exercise program that fits with your schedule, then this is the option for you.  The Gym Program includes: 

  • Initial Consultation to go over schedule, time, equipment, etc...
  • Initial Paperwork and Goals Assessment
  • Initial Physical Assessment
  • Time for me to design the program
  • Instruction Session so we can go over the entire program

If it is helpful for you, I allow you to bring a camera or smartphone to record during the Instruction Session so you can visually refer back to it at a later time.
